In our upcoming Victor Canada risk management webcast, a panel of leading legal and insurance specialists will share their insights on trending issues impacting professional liability today. They'll explain what these issues are and provide tips and best practices to assist you in managing risks and mitigating claims.

Limitation of Liability clauses - The purpose, advantages and potential pitfalls of these contractual clauses;

Premium reduction and continuing education credits for existing policyholders
- Existing eligible policyholders (insureds) of the Victor Canada Architects & Engineers professional liability program who pass the criteria for satisfactory participation in these types of risk management webcasts (i.e., logged in individually, not as a group and be logged in for the full duration of the webcast) will receive a certificate to submit to their broker at their next policy renewal. The premium reduction is $250 per attendee, up to a maximum of the lesser of 10% of the premium or $2,500 per firm.
- The premium reduction certificate must be submitted to the Victor Canada policyholder's broker at the time of their next policy renewal.
- The certificate can also be used for continuing education with the policyholder's professional association(s), where applicable.
Not accredited for insurance brokers
- Brokers are welcome to attend these webcasts. However, this webcast is not accredited for insurance brokers. Brokers will not receive a continuing education certificate for participation in the webcast.
