Stand-alone CGL

Victor's stand-alone Commercial General Liability (CGL) program targets non-standard and/or hard-to-place liability insurance. These are the types of risks that may fall outside of many insurers’ underwriting appetite. A CGL policy protects clients against a range of potential claims that may result from bodily injury, property damage, personal injury or advertising injury.

The stand-alone product covers CGL exposures for:

  • Manufacturers and suppliers (up to 75% U.S. revenue exposure)
  • Contractors with operations beyond those addressed by Victor’s construction insurance department, including service contractors outside the construction industry
  • Property owners
  • Retailers and wholesalers
  • Sports, leisure and entertainment risks
  • Family/Tourist attractions
