Stand-alone CGL
Victor's stand-alone Commercial General Liability (CGL) program targets non-standard and/or hard-to-place liability insurance. These are the types of risks that may fall outside of many insurers’ underwriting appetite. A CGL policy protects clients against a range of potential claims that may result from bodily injury, property damage, personal injury or advertising injury.
Eligibility
The stand-alone product covers CGL exposures for:
- Manufacturers and suppliers (up to 75% U.S. revenue exposure)
- Contractors with operations beyond those addressed by Victor’s construction insurance department, including service contractors outside the construction industry
- Property owners
- Retailers and wholesalers
- Sports, leisure and entertainment risks
- Family/Tourist attractions
- Pyrotechnic displays
- Resorts and campgrounds
- Indoor playgrounds
- Daycares
- Special events
Coverage Details
- Policy Form – Occurrence (claims-made for some classes)
- Available on a monoline basis or to support errors and omissions (E&O) and directors and officers (D&O) liability placements with Victor
- Policy Period – Annual
- Capacity – limits up to $5,000,000
- Minimum premium of $1,500
