E&O Excess Coverage

Victor’s Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance is available on an excess basis up to a $10,000,000 limit for all classes of business. Various excess structures will be considered.

Victor will consider following the primary policy wording based on the following insurer criteria:

• E&O underwriting experience, personnel and philosophy
• E&O claims handling capabilities, experience, personnel and philosophy
• Financial strength
• Expected longevity in Canada
