With the constant advancement of technology, Information Technology (IT) professionals are under tremendous pressure to deliver specialized services and advice, as well as to protect corporate assets. Liability insurance protects IT professionals, as well as their businesses against allegations of errors, omissions or negligent acts, as well as a broad range of cyber risks.

Victor’s Technology liability insurance program is designed to address the specific exposures of professionals in this industry, from hardware manufacturers, to professionals in multimedia companies or small IT firms. Our insurance products also protect against the threat of intellectual property disputes, such as copyright or trademark infringement.

NEW! Complimentary cyber assessment & consultation service—exclusively for Victor policyholders*!

A complimentary cyber assessment & consultation service is now available at no additional cost to Victor Errors & Omissions (E&O) and Technology policyholders. This service aims to help Victor policyholders identify their cyber risks and protect their business from cyberattacks.

With this new complimentary cyber assessment & consultation service, a cybersecurity expert will work closely with a Victor policyholder—via a 90-minute video or phone call^—to discuss their current cybersecurity operations and practices. The expert will explain the cyber exposures they face, and the impact that these cyber exposures could have on their business.
